The injector unit for manufacturing full dentures is perfectly designed for the material properties of our PalaXpress prosthetic acrylics.
The well designed PalaXpress dosing system eliminates dosing errors and ensures consistent processing properties. The result is convincing – both in simplicity of manufacture and in quality: High quality full dentures with many benefits compared to conventional systems.

Palajet Duoflask - double flask
Preparing and polymerising two dentures in one go - this is no longer a problem with the Palajet Duoflask in combination with the Palajet injection unit.
Benefits:
- Total preparation of complete full upper and lower dentures
- Save plaster
- Cuts the time required for completion in half
- Use placeholder if preparing only one denture

Palajet Single flask - single flask
The completed wax setup can also be invested in a single flask and injected using Palajet as usual
